What is Depression?

Depression can be described as feeling discouraged sad hopeless unmotivated or disinterested in life in general for a period of time (usually longer than 2 weeks). Depression can interfere with your daily activities making the simplest tasks feel daunting and leave you feeling listless in times that you should be feeling energized.
